No. You build the order, we give you an order number, you mail the vial. Results go to the email address on the order.

One sealed vial covers the standard analysis. If you've added endotoxin or heavy metals we may need a second vial — we'll tell you before you ship rather than after.

No. Ship it sealed. We break the seal here, which is part of what makes the chain of custody meaningful.

The sample sits in quarantine until we can match it. Email us with your tracking number and we'll usually sort it out the same day.

Yes, as long as each is clearly labelled and the order covers them all. One vial equals one sample equals one certificate.

5–7 business days from the day your sample arrives — not from the day you order. Rush processing brings that to 2 business days.

Purity, identity confirmation, mass per vial, the sample and batch details you declared, the analyst, the dates, and a unique verification key. Chromatogram data comes with it.

Tell us. If there's a plausible analytical explanation we'll re-run at our cost. What we won't do is change a number because it's unwelcome.

No. We run the analyses on your order. If something unexpected shows up in the data we'll flag it in the comments, but we don't run unrequested tests and bill you for them.

No — not their name, not yours, not the result. We have no relationship with vendors and no interest in building one.

No. There is no public directory of results and no way to browse what we’ve tested. A certificate opens only for someone who has its key, so distribution is entirely your decision — see how verification works.

Order and certificate records are kept so that verification keeps working years later. Everything else is covered in the privacy policy.

They enter the 12-character key at /verify, or scan the QR code on the report, which goes to the same place. It works whether or not the certificate is published.

They can edit a PDF, but they can't change what our database says, and they can't reproduce the file’s fingerprint. The file checker catches an altered document even when the key on it is real.

Check the key, then check the file. If either fails, send it to us — we follow up on documents claiming to be ours.

We arrange payment by email once the order is placed. Card details are never entered on this site.

Before the sample enters analysis, yes. Once instrument time has been spent we can't unspend it, but talk to us if something's gone wrong.
